Are Gemini Labs compounds for human consumption?
No. All Gemini Labs products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not approved for human, veterinary, or clinical use and are not sold as dietary supplements, cosmetics, or foods.
Who can purchase from Gemini Labs?
Our customers are qualified researchers, universities, and laboratories. By placing an order, you confirm you are 21 or older and are purchasing for legitimate laboratory research purposes.
What does "twin verification" mean?
Every lot we ship is HPLC-tested twice — once by our synthesis partner, once by an independent third-party laboratory. Both analyses must agree on identity and purity (99%+) before the lot is released. Lots that fail to reconcile are rejected outright.
What purity do you guarantee?
All Gemini Labs products are released only when both HPLC analyses report 99%+ purity. Exact values for each lot are recorded on that lot’s Certificate of Analysis.
Where can I find the Certificate of Analysis?

How should I store compounds upon arrival?
Compounds ship lyophilized in sealed glass vials. Store sealed vials at or below -20°C, protected from light. Once reconstituted, refrigerate at 2–8°C and use within the timeframe recommended in the scientific literature for that compound.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Canadian domestic transit times typically range from 2–6 business days from dispatch. Tracking is emailed when the package leaves us.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. Cards are processed by a PCI-compliant payment processor — Gemini Labs never stores your card details.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns on products whose tamper-evident seal has been broken. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.
Do you offer bulk or institutional pricing?
