Gemini Labs ships within Canada only. Orders to addresses outside Canada are cancelled and refunded.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays begin processing the next business day.

All vials ship lyophilized in sealed glass containers inside tamper-evident packaging. Lot numbers are printed on every label.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or invalid address provided at checkout, the cost of re-shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
