Due to the nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns on products once the outer tamper-evident seal has been broken. Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product. We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.
If a vial’s printed lot number doesn’t match its published Certificate of Analysis, contact us immediately. We will investigate, replace the affected item at no cost, and post-mortem the lot.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Opened products, custom orders, and shipping fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
